1. Introduction

Welcome to GameVoda (gamevoda.com)—an online platform where you can instantly play browser games (the “Platform”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between GameVoda LEGAL NAME, having its principal office at ADDRESS (“GameVoda,” “we,” “us”) and you, the visitor, player, or registered account holder (“User,” “you,” “your”). By accessing or using the Platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms plus our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Eligibility & Age Gate

The Platform is intended for users aged 13 years or older (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country).
If you are under 18 you may use the Platform only with parental or guardian consent.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Parents may request deletion via [email protected].

3. Definitions

Capitalised terms have the meanings below.

Account: your personal profile on the Platform.
Content: all text, code, images, audio, video, or gameplay data.
User Content: Content that Users upload or stream.
Device: any device that can access the Platform.
Service: the Platform, Website, and related products.
Third-Party Services: content not owned or controlled by GameVoda.

4. Licence & Acceptable Use

GameVoda grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree NOT to: copy, modify, distribute, scrape, upload prohibited User Content, bypass security, exploit bugs, or misrepresent affiliation.

5. User Accounts

Provide accurate info and keep credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activity under your Account; notify us of unauthorised use.
We may suspend or delete inactive or violating Accounts.

6. User Content & Streaming Policy

You retain ownership but license GameVoda to host, display, and adapt User Content for Service operation.
You may stream or upload gameplay if GameVoda branding is visible, monetisation follows host-platform rules, and no false endorsement is implied.
We may remove User Content that violates these Terms or law.

7. Third-Party Links & Games

GameVoda is not responsible for third-party content, transactions, or disputes.

8. In-Game Purchases

Purchases are processed by external providers (e.g., Xsolla) under their terms and refund policies; GameVoda disclaims liability.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect users; you may delete your Account anytime via settings or [email protected].

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its content are owned by GameVoda or licensors; no rights are granted except as explicitly stated.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.

12. Limitation of Liability

GameVoda’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of amounts paid by you in the past 12 months or USD 100; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

13. Indemnification

You will indemnify GameVoda against claims arising from your User Content, misuse of the Service, or breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by GOVERNING JURISDICTION law. Disputes first require 30-day good-faith negotiation via [email protected]; unresolved disputes are subject to exclusive courts in CITY/STATE. Class-action waiver applies where permitted.
