1. Who We Are

GameVoda is a INCORPORATED LEGAL NAME registered under number COMPANY REG-NO in STATE/COUNTRY with its principal office at STREET ADDRESS (“GameVoda”, “we”, “us”). We operate gamevoda.com and related apps (collectively, the “Platform”). For EU/UK users GameVoda acts as data controller and has appointed EU REPRESENTATIVE NAME & EMAIL under Art. 27 GDPR.

2. Children & Teens

The Platform is intended for users aged 13 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under this age. Parents may contact us (section 12) to request deletion. Younger players can use our ad-free kids portal at GameVoda Kids, covered by a separate policy.

We use first-party cookies for sign-in and analytics plus third-party tags for advertising. A Consent Management Platform lets you manage ad partners anytime via “Ad Preferences.” Ad partners include Google Ad Exchange, Amazon Publisher Services, Magnite, Index Exchange, Pubmatic, Media.net and others listed in our Cookie Policy. ID providers include Unified ID 2.0, ID5, LiveRamp and The Trade Desk (EUID). Analytics uses Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation. Blocking cookies in your browser may limit functionality.

No system is 100 % secure, but we follow ISO 27001-aligned best practices.

9. Retention & Account Deletion

Account data persists while active; inactive accounts purge after 24 months with prior notice. Gameplay logs retained 12 months unless needed longer. Non-deletable data is pseudonymised. Delete your account anytime via Settings or by contacting us.
